Board of Trustees 

Tony Gadsby
Chair of Trustees

Tony has worked in various positions at JCB, including the Managing Director for JCB Groundcare. He also is Chartered Engineer and a member of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers. Tony has worked voluntarily for Macmillan Cancer Support, the Lions Club and is a Non Executive Director for North Staff Combined NHS Trust


Chris Gee

Chris Gee is an independent management consultant having previously worked in organisations ranging from startups to large blue chips such as IBM and Deloitte Consulting. Chris has over 20 years’ experience working on strategy and change in the private, public sector and third sector. He has worked with two of the UK’s largest telecare providers which have very similar business operating models to MedicAlert. Chris is a Chartered Engineer, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a qualified programme and project manager.

Jane Seaton

Jane Seaton is a Chartered Accountant who has worked in Finance in small charities for over 20 years, in the health, homelessness and education sectors. She is currently working at the Dystonia Society, a support charity for a chronic neurological condition. As an insulin dependent diabetic, she knows how important it is for emergency medical staff to have all the right information.

Winifred Chime

Win leads the corporate secretariat team at Vodafone Group. She has significant experience in the legal and governance fields, having previously held senior positions in private and public sector companies, including Network Rail and Capita plc.

Anne Gill

Anne is a Senior HR Executive with over 20 years experience at Board level and is currently Director of Kinisi Ltd, an HR Consultancy specialising in leadership coaching and organisation development. Prior to setting up her own business, Anne was Executive Director of HR Operations for EMEA and UK HR Director for Avon Cosmetics Ltd, and was chair of the Avon Pension Trustees. Anne has a BA (Hons) from the University of Leicester, is a Fellow of the CIPD and has post-graduate certificates in coaching and counselling. She is in her final year of a Masters Degree at Oxford Brookes university 

Vinny Bishop

Vinny Bishop is a consultant project manager with experience working within the public sector and the health based NGO, Sightsavers. Vinny has a track record of successfully delivering business transformation projects with significant IT components. Vinny suffers from epilepsy and understands how vital it is for medical staff who are responding to an emergency to quickly understand the situation and provide the right support.

Benet Hiscock

Benet is the Director of Public Information for the House of Lords. He is responsible for developing and delivering the external communications strategy of the House of Lords, and providing politically impartial advice on communications and media management to the Management Board, Lord Speaker and members on domestic and select committees. He leads the press and media, marketing and outreach, and public enquiry teams, and oversees the delivery of House of Lords' communications objectives through the four shared parliamentary public information services. 

Helen Newman 

Helen is an experienced senior manager with a track record of strategic and operational delivery at a national level. Working most recently at Public Health England and the Department of Health engaging partners and stakeholders to deliver shared ambitions and cross-sector initiatives, Helen’s background is in local government. Helen is an associate member of the Society of Local Authority Chief Executives and Senior Managers (SOLACE).

Ian Henderson

Ian Henderson is an Independent CIO/CTO IT Director with over 25 years of experience at Board and senior management level implementing Change & Transformation Programmes across both the Private and Public sectors. Before starting his own partnership in 1998 he worked in a wide range of industries ranging from metals to direct sales.  Ian was a founding member of the Institute of Interim Management. He is a Chartered IT Professional and a member of the BCS IT Directors (Elite) and Mentoring groups. Ian is a qualified Programme & Project Manager and a member of the Worshipful Company of Information Technologists.
