MedicAlert Update

MedicAlert has moved from London to Milton Keynes. This has involved changing to a new phone system which unfortunately resulted in unexpected technical difficulties.
This has only affected our administration phoneline which has made it difficult to contact us. We would like to reassure members that the emergency phoneline is still in operation as usual as it is housed at a separate location within the London Ambulance Service.
Our freephone number remains 0800 581 420 but you can also contact us via info@medicalert.org.uk. All other London numbers are being forwarded to the new Milton Keynes office and all post is forwarded daily.Apologies for any inconvenience caused during the move. Our engineers are working to fix the problem as soon as possible.
