We are currently recruiting for the following role:

Membership Accounts/Renewals/Services Positions

Salary: £16.500 with OTE £19,500 + Benefits

MedicAlert® is the only non-profit making, registered charity providing a life-saving identification system for individuals with hidden medical conditions and allergies.

This takes the form of body-worn bracelets or necklets (known as emblems) bearing the MedicAlert symbol on the disc and supported by a 24 hour emergency telephone service.  We are looking for talented and motivated people to work within our busy London office.

All posts require excellent attention to detail, familiarisation with Microsoft Office and a personable manner is essential. For the inbound and outbound calling posts, proven customer service/sales skills and an excellent telephone manner are essential.

We have 3 positions available including dealing with member records, dealing with inbound member queries and also contacting members with queries. For each of these challenging roles you will need excellent interpersonal skills and will be computer literate.

Working 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, we offer 25 days annual leave, non contributory private pension scheme, annual season ticket loan, SimplyHealth membership and an exciting and challenging working environment.
