How your Emblem is made
MedicAlert has its very own production site where each Emblem is made to order and engraved with the relevant details.
Our team of jewellers carefully engrave each item in the range of Emblems. The range includes stainless steel bracelets and dog-tags through to handcrafted Gold and Silver items. Every item is hand finished and meticulously polished before being sent to its new owner.
From receiving an order from a new or existing Member, we aim to deliver the Emblems within 14-28 working days.
This process requires a great deal of skill and organisation to ensure that Members receive their Emblem as quickly as possible.

MedicAlert engraves Emblems using the latest technology allowing us to provide a clearer and better quality of engraving on the Emblem. This helps to ensure the details are more legible in an emergency.
Adrian has recently been trained in the Digital Artistry design programme. This software is mostly used for architectural design purposes for buildings, the automotive industry and maritime design. This software enables Adrian to design prototype Emblems, make refinements and view from every possible angle on a laptop screen.
Adrian says:-
‘The digital artistry software enables us to design jewellery quickly and efficiently. Previously, we would have to physically make the item which would be costly and time-consuming. With this software we can test ideas, view from different angles and decide whether to pursue an idea.'
