To mark the activities taking place throughout the whole of November, JDRF are holding a type 1 diabetes Discovery Day in London on Sunday 29th November.

BP is hosting this event in the BP Lecture Theatre and West Foyer of the British Museum together with JDRF.

Daredevil Douglas Cairns will also be joining us to speak about how he fought back after diagnosis to become the first person with type 1 diabetes to fly around the world.
