Our status as the only Registered Charity that provides this life-saving system means that we provide free membership to people who would otherwise be unable to afford to join.
Over the last five years, we have charitably funded the lifetime membership of approximately 4,500 people with thousands more qualifying for part-sponsorship.

A Gift From The Taxman!
You may be aware that changes were made recently to tax laws regarding charitable giving. A charity can now recover the tax on any donations received, providing the donor is a UK tax-payer. This will make a huge difference to MedicAlert® as it will actually increase the value of any donations received by approximately 28%. For example, a donation of £50 would result in an extra £14 for MedicAlert®. So please, if you're giving a donation to MedicAlert®, don't forget to let us know if you are a UK tax-payer.
To make a donation, you can contact MedicAlert® on freephone 0800 581420 and use your credit or debit card over the phone to make your gift. Alternatively, send a cheque made payable to ‘The MedicAlert Foundation,' to 1 Bridge Wharf, 156 Caledonian Road, London, N1 9UU.
You may wish to consider making a regular donation either monthly or annually, straight from your bank account. This is a convenient way of making a regular gift that really helps to save lives.
