Martin Purvis

Martin's background is in the commercial world, primarily in public limited companies as legal and corporate services director advising on commercial strategies, acquisitions, regulatory compliance, strategic reviews and, for the last few years, refinancing and turnaround of distressed companies.  

Martin is an experienced company secretary and director of legal and corporate services who has performed these roles in a number of Listed companies and turnaround situations: from 1993 to 2003 Brake Bros plc, 2003 to 2005 Queens Moat Houses plc, 2005 to 2006 Biofuels Corporation plc, 2008 Carter & Carter Group plc and 2008 to 2010 as a Director of and consultant to Directex Realisations plc (formerly Interactive Prospect Targeting Holdings plc).

He is also a non executive director of the Metronet Rail holding companies and Trans4M Limited, and of Southdown Housing Association.
