Dealing with the forms
Have you ever wondered what happens to your application forms and payments when they are sent off to MedicAlert?
The team that deal with new and ongoing member accounts are a busy bunch; their day-to-day activities involve opening the post in the morning which on average can be 200 letters a day! They then date stamp each letter/form, categorise it under the relevant heading and log the information onto each member's personal record.
Although it may seem like a simple process the activities involved are numerous including: new applications from applicants; annual subscriptions; replacement forms; benefit details for sponsorship; direct debits; amendments to records; bulk information requests and many other important duties.
A 100% accuracy rate is encouraged at all times and the team work under strict timeframes with the aim of processing all queries within 3 - 10 working days.
