MedicAlert's Telephone Team
The Membership Services team are the first point of call for all our members and anyone else wishing to enquire further about The MedicAlert Foundation's services. The Membership Services team consists of one team manager, two team leaders and seven advisors.
The team are on hand to answer all your queries and advise members on a range of issues including which style Emblem may be most suitable for existing and newer members; updating existing member's records ranging from their emergency contact details to their hospital records; responding to member's emails and dealing with any other queries.
