If you would like to order a new Emblem please check the online shop here to view our ranges.
When you select an Emblem and click buy, you can then proceed to the order a new Emblem page. Simply enter your GB Number and other required fields, plus any changes to your personal or medical details.

If you simply wish to renew your subscription, please go to renew subscription in the menu. Please only inform us of any changes to your details.
