What proportion of calls come from the ambulance service?
Currently 10% of the calls made to our emergency line are enquiries made by the ambulance service and in 2007 the majority of these calls were in relation to retrieving information about member's existing conditions and medications being taken and requesting copies of Member's advance decisions.
