Sanjeev Gupta

Sanjeev worked in the private sector as a Tax specialist with BDO Stoy Hayward and as a journalist before joining the voluntary sector.
Sanjeev started his career in this sector as a volunteer with Cancer Research Campaign where he was soon managing the Direct Marketing Programme. He has subsequently held senior management positions with Amnesty International UK, British Heart Foundation and Médecins Sans Frontières - Holland.
Currently Head of Fundraising at Concern Worldwide UK. He is responsible for the overall fundraising strategy and delivering a programme which generates £14M, emphasising at all times innovation and leading edge practice.
He enjoys running marathons, having completed his 13th Marathon on 13 April 2008 - for MedicAlert. He has personally raised over £56,000 for various charities, including MedicAlert. |
