If you have any changes or additions to your personal or medical details, it is very important that you inform us as soon as possible. There are two easy ways that you can do this.

By Post

Please send any amendments, either using your existing ‘details on file’ sheet or as a letter to MedicAlert® at 1 Bridge Wharf, 156 Caledonian Road, London, N1 9UU.

Annual Subscription

As a Registered Charity, the costs of maintaining our life-saving service can put a strain on our limited resources. In order to cope with the ever-increasing running costs, we have introduced a £20 Annual Subscription. As an existing member, we would like to give you the opportunity of joining this part of our service with the benefits it offers.

At present, if you make any changes to your details and would like a new wallet card, there will be an administration charge of £10 on each occasion. If taking regular medication, this could result in several changes each year.

If you opt to pay the Annual Subscription, you would pay £20 each year and subsequently be issued with a new wallet card. You are then entitled to an additional two wallet cards free of charge should any further changes be needed before your next Annual Subscription payment. You will automatically be sent a reminder letter and details print-out every year when your £20 is due.

As the MedicAlert® wallet card is dated, it is vital that, in an emergency situation, medical professionals know that your information is current and has been checked within the last twelve months. We would therefore like to encourage you to take the option of paying the Annual Subscription - guaranteeing a regular update of your personal and medical details.

Replacement Emblems
