Celebrating 55 years of MedicAlert

The MedicAlert Foundation was formed in the UK in 1964 - a whopping 55 years ago! 

Based in Milton Keynes, MedicAlert UK now supports over 45,000 individuals with medical conditions and allergies, providing them with peace of mind to remain active and join in. To celebrate our heritage as the original UK medical ID provider, we are running a competition... where everyone wins!

Everyone using the code 55YEARS between 26th and 30th July will receive 15% off both membership and medical ID jewellery. 
Even better, one lucky member who uses the code will also be chosen at random to have their order paid up to the value of £55!

1. Promotional code 55YEARS is available to existing and joining MedicAlert members between 28th and 30th July 2019.
2. The promotional code can not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
3. Those using the promotional code will be entered in to the competition only once. Additional uses of the code will not be counted. 
4. By using the promotional code, you agree to be entered in to the competition. 
5. One winner will be chosen, at random, to have the value of their order credited back to them, up to the value of £55. 
6. Only the value of the winners order (membership and medical ID jewellery) will be credited. This does not include postage and packaging charges. 
7. If the winners order totalled less than £55, no voucher or monetary equivalent will be offered for the balance. 
8. The winner will be notified on Thursday 1st August. 
9. The winner must agree to the publication of their winning status on social media, blogs and other MedicAlert publications. They must also agree to provide one image of themselves for this use. 
10. If the winner does not wish to provide a photo and their name to be used in the winner annoucement, another winner will be chosen at random. 
11. The winner will be announced on Monday 5th August.
12. MedicAlert’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
