We want you to be completely happy with your MedicAlert ID jewellery and as a member, we are pleased to offer a clean and polish service for your jewellery to ensure it is kept in top condition.

Since your jewellery provides valuable reassurance in an emergency situation, we aim to have your clean and polish complete within 5 working days.

About the service:

  • Our clean and polish service includes professional cleaning of your jewellery using an ultrasonic cleaning machine and a professional polish using a polishing motor.
  • This service will remove all tarnishing and stains.
  • This service is only available for silver, gold and rose gold products.
  • This service is only for products which do not need any repairs. If your jewellery is damaged please see our 'alterations and repairs' section.
  • This service is for MedicAlert jewellery only. We are unable to clean personal jewellery or medical jewellery bought from other companies.
  • This service does not replace or cover enamel.
  • This service will be completed within 5 working days (from the date your jewellery and payment is received).
  • If a jewellery box is provided, your jewellery will be returned in the box. If not, it will be returned in a jewellery pouch.
  • We reserve the right to decline a clean and polish if we believe that the jewellery is too worn to undergo this process.

We will then call you to take payment over the phone. Alternatively, send us a cheque or postal order with your jewellery.




Payment for your request is determined by the metal type of your jewellery.
