Pectus Matters is a UK charity dedicated to supporting people with chest wall conditions such as Pectus Excavatum and Pectus Carinatum. Founded in 2024, it raises awareness, advocates for better treatment access, funds research, and provides information and support to patients and families, highlighting that pectus conditions are medical as well as cosmetic.
MedicAlert have partnered with Pectus Matters, who will provide their members with a years MedicAlert membership and first ID for free. Each ID is engraved with the most vital information, a unique membership number and our 24/7 emergency helpline, so that first responders can access the full online medical record in an emergency.
