Log into your 'MyMedicAlert' account and simply go to the 'Purchase History' section. Find your order under 'Transaction History' and click on the 'Return' buttton to start filling in the form.
Please select the Disc Exchange service under 'Reason for return'.
Once processed, you will need to securely post your medical ID jewellery to:

We recommend you send your parcel with a signed for service to allow easier tracking. MedicAlert will not be responsible for any jewellery not received.
Once we have received your jewellery, we will then call you to take payment over the phone (if you'd prefer to send us a cheque, please include this in your parcel).
One of our expert jewellers will then complete the work needed and send you back your jewellery as soon as possible.
*Payment for your request is determined by your disc size and type.
If there's any additional work required that may incurr extra costs, a member of the team will contact you directly to discuss the work before proceeding.
