Donate To MedicAlert
An initiative fully funded by MedicAlert, we provide a free MedicAlert ID and membership to vulnerable children until the age of 10, who are living with medical conditions or allergies.
We are supporting people living with dementia and other cognitive conditions, to provide medical IDs and membership. MedicAlert are also providers of the Herbert Protocol.
Generous donations from MedicAlert members allows us to support those experiencing financial difficulties, providing free or discounted membership and/or MedicAlert IDs.
We are partnered with Newcastle Upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust to support aHUS patients and their families, ensuring access to life-saving MedicAlert services.
We have partnered with North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare NHS Trust to provide their staff with free MedicAlert membership for 3 years and £25 towards their first MedicAlert ID.
We have partnered with Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust to provide their staff with free MedicAlert membership for 3 years and £25 towards their first MedicAlert ID.
We support NHS Grampian, with local patients benefiting from a free MedicAlert membership and MedicAlert ID jewellery. This scheme is by invitation only and is sponsored by the local council.
Supporting those with vascular Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (vEDS), Annabelle's Challenge fully funds one year's MedicAlert membership saving you £36 on your first year with MedicAlert.
Supporting young people living with Epilepsy, the Jon Shaw Foundation is sponsoring one year of free MedicAlert membership and £10 off a MedicAlert ID.

The Herbert Protocol is a free form that holds important information about a person living with dementia, including a description of what they look like, a recent photo, any medicine they take, important phone numbers to call, and places from their past where they find comfort and familiarity.
If someone living with dementia goes missing, police can access their Herbert Protocol so that they have all of the information instantly ready to help find them as soon as possible.
