Making your jewellery perfect for you
We want you to be completely happy with your MedicAlert ID jewellery. Your jewellery provides valuable reassurance in an emergency situation so we aim to have your size alterations or repairs complete as quickly as possible.
Simply call us on 01908 951045 to speak to a Membership Service Advisor. They will be able to process your request and advise on any questions you may have.

If you would prefer to fill in a printed form, please download our form here and include it with your jewellery when sending it back to us.
Process your alteration or repair, by logging into your 'MyMedicAlert' account and filling in our form online.
Simply go to your 'Purchase History' section, find your order under 'Transaction History' and click on the 'Return' buttton to start filling in our form.
Please select the service you need under 'Reason for return'.
Once processed, you will need to securely post your jewellery to:

Once received, we will assess your jeweller and if required, call you to make any recommedations.
We recommend you send your parcel with a signed for service to allow easier tracking as MedicAlert will not be responsible for any jewellery not received.
After work required is agreed, we will pass it to one of our expert jewellery to complete the work and send you back your jewellery as soon as possible.
Payment for your request is determined by the metal type of your jewellery.
Including postage & packaging, these costs are:
Stainless Steel - £12.75
Silver - £26.75
Gold - £36.75
If there are any additional charges for the alteration or repair of your MedicAlert ID jewellery, a member of the team will contact you directly.
Having your size alteration undertaken by MedicAlert ensures that your product's 12 month (3 month for beaded jewellery) warranty remains unaffected
Any repair that is due to a manufacturer's fault will be repaired for free when under your 12 month warranty.
