I feel more confident about being on my own and in unfamiliar surroundings knowing that important information is readily available if I am in an emergency. I have been to A&E a few times before I got the bracelet, I think it will help that I have it next time!

The nurses were very helpful in what to put on the bracelet/card and in my records so that the most relevant information would be available, and I feel safer knowing this service will be there for me if I need it.

I have sensitive skin so I got the sports band which has not caused irritation. I wear it so the ID is where my pulse would be taken.
