This is a standard service via Royal Mail. Please note delivery is subject to our normal 10 working day dispatch timeframe.

£7.75 - Medical ID orders over £45
This is sent Special Delivery (requires a signature). Please note delivery is subject to our normal 10 working day dispatch timeframe. 

£11.75 - All international postage

Your MedicAlert bracelet, necklace or watch is personally engraved and cannot be re-used, therefore we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on personalised items unless the item has a fault covered by the warranty.

Where there is a fault covered by the warranty, MedicAlert will repair or replace the item free of charge. MedicAlert will only provide a refund if unable to repair or replace the item.

If you require any alterations to your jewellery you agree that you are responsible for any additional payments for the alteration, including postal charges.
