Secure the gold standard in medical protection for just 11p a day. MedicAlert is the only service trusted by the NHS to provide a 24/7 emergency line when you can’t speak for yourself.
Living with one of the many types of dementia or Alzheimer disease means you can still live a full life where you are completely free to pursue your hobbies and maintain an active social routine. A dementia and Alzheimer medical alert bracelet or necklace makes your identity and safety needs instantly visible, helping members of the public or first responders assist you quickly when seconds matter. Whether you want to maintain your everyday routines, enjoy your outdoor walking paths, or stay independent, having a recognized medical ID on you at all times ensures you can be found and safely guided home much faster should you find yourself disoriented or lost.
MedicAlert medical ID jewellery is recommended by the NHS and trusted across the United Kingdom. Each ID is engraved by hand with your key details and membership number, and linked directly to your secure medical record, which is thoroughly checked by our in-house registered nurses. In an emergency situation or when you are disoriented, responders can call our 24/7 emergency line to access your full, nurse verified profile. This includes your specific identity details, emergency next of kin phone numbers, and any other vital health information. This supports quicker and safer support even if you are entirely confused, anxious, or unable to communicate.
Our dementia and Alzheimer medical alert bracelets and necklaces are much more than simple retail jewellery, providing a clear and practical safety net for independent living, local travel, social gatherings, and everyday family situations. Secure your complete first year bundle from just £63.95, which combines your custom engraved wearable device from £22.95 with your annual membership for £41.00. Wherever life takes you, your MedicAlert ID keeps your circumstances understood straight away, giving you, your family, and your dedicated carers absolute reassurance that you are fully protected.

Do not use abrasive cloths and avoid contacts with cleaning products. Perspiration, aftershave and creams can increase tarnishing. Avoid contact where possible. Please note; when your jewellery is new and highly polished, a cleaning cloth may dull its appearance. Enamel can be affected by wear and tear. Avoid denting or scratching the enamel. To avoid scratching, do not wear silver or gold jewellery alongside other items. Do not bathe or swim in silver or gold jewellery.
Different products are better suited to different activities. For example, most Stainless Steel can be worn in water. Please refer to the product descriptions in the shop for specific information or call our team if you have any questions.
MedicAlert Bracelets caters for all medical conditions and all style needs. We don't have IDs specifically for any one condition but what we do offer is: 1. The 'Forget-Me-Not' bracelet which requires a second person to remove it so it is very useful for conditions such as dementia and autism to ensure the member wears the ID when they leave home. 2. For members who are sensitive to cold or metal, we offer silicone and fabric IDs that prevent the metal disk from touching your skin. If the member has a silicone allergy, we have fabric and beaded IDs.
