It funds a continuous, life-saving support system. This includes the manual verification of your records by in-house registered nurses, the secure database of your medical documents, and the 24/7 global emergency line. As a registered charity, every penny is reinvested directly into keeping you safe.
To keep your personal details secure and maintain your connection to our 24/7 emergency line, your annual service membership will renew at £41.00 per year or £36.00 via direct debit. Your initial package combines your choice of Medical ID from £22.95 with this £41.00 fee for a total starting cost of £63.95. We will always contact you well in advance of your renewal date and there are never any hidden costs or cancellation penalties.
Yes. You can securely log into your online account to amend your conditions, update your medications, or change your emergency next of kin contacts at any time. These updates are completely included in your £41.00 annual membership fee. Every single change you make is thoroughly reviewed by our in house nurses for absolute accuracy before your profile updates.
As a dedicated medical charity established in 1964, we firmly believe that financial hardship should never stand in the way of personal safety. We provide specialised Support Funds to fully or partially subsidise the £41.00 annual cost for individuals experiencing genuine financial difficulties.
