Supporting children and young people

The Children's Heart Federation and MedicAlert Protection Programme provides two years of free MedicAlert membership, along with a piece of medical ID jewellery. This scheme is jointly funded by CHF, to enable the charity's funds to go further and support more patients.

MedicAlert Protection Project two years of free membership, a free wallet card and a discount on jewellery up to the value of £24. When setting up the account, make sure you add all the relevant information, including your contact information, medical information and any relevant documents that you would like us to store. You then choose your MedicAlert jewellery and wording for your disc and add it to the basket. Your discount will be added to your basket.
