Shaping the Future of MedicAlert: What We Heard and What's Next 29 July 2026 MedicAlert At MedicAlert, our members are at the heart of every decision we make. That is why we recently invited members to join a series of focus groups exploring our Product Strategy, Service Delivery and Programmes. Whether you attended a live session or shared your feedback by email, thank you. Your ideas, experiences and suggestions are helping shape the future of MedicAlert. Members shared honest feedback on everything from product design and durability to service awareness and our role as a charity. Those insights have given us a clear direction for the months ahead. Turning Feedback into Action Listening is only the first step. We are already making progress on several initiatives that will strengthen our services, grow our impact and improve member safety. Expanding Our Partnerships We're delighted to welcome a new Strategic Partnership Manager to the MedicAlert team. This new role will focus on building relationships with healthcare providers, charities and other organisations, helping to ensure MedicAlert becomes an integral part of the standard of care across the UK. Championing Medical ID Recognition We are continuing our work with the Royal College of Paramedics to advocate for medical ID recognition training within emergency services education. We recently exhibited at their annual conference, speaking directly with paramedics about how MedicAlert can better support them in providing the best possible care during an emergency. Growing Our Network Our partnerships continue to expand, with organisations including the Alzheimer's Society, Allergy UK and the Epilepsy Society. By working together, we can reach more people who could benefit from the protection and peace of mind MedicAlert provides.
