MedicAlert’s emergency helpline is accessible, in any country, in over 100 languages and dialects. This allows MedicAlert to aid medical professionals in making initial care decisions. They are able to provide first responders with an individual’s vital information by email or verbally, as they provide treatment, in the most vital moments.
