Secure the gold standard in medical protection for just 11p a day. MedicAlert is the only service trusted by the NHS to provide a 24/7 emergency line when you cannot speak for yourself.
MedicAlert provides trusted ADHD medical alert bracelets designed to ensure your condition is clearly recognised in an emergency. Living with ADHD can present unique communication and sensory challenges, making it essential that healthcare professionals understand your needs quickly if urgent care is needed.
An ADHD medical alert bracelet helps communicate vital information if you experience symptoms such as sensory overload, severe anxiety, extreme disorientation or a medical emergency where you are unable to speak for yourself. By clearly identifying ADHD and related medication regimes, a MedicAlert ID supports faster and safer decision-making by emergency responders.
Each MedicAlert ADHD bracelet is linked to a secure digital medical record, reviewed by our in-house registered nurses and accessible 24/7 via our emergency helpline. This allows first responders to instantly view important details such as your ADHD diagnosis, current medications, emergency contacts and any relevant behavioural or medical notes, helping them provide appropriate care without delay.
MedicAlert offers a wide range of ADHD medical alert bracelets and necklaces, including stainless steel chains, silicone sports bands, discreet everyday styles and durable designs suitable for school, work and exercise. Comfortable and professionally recognised, each ID is designed to be worn daily, offering reliable protection wherever life takes you.
For people living with ADHD, a MedicAlert bracelet offers reassurance that your condition will always be known and understood in an emergency. For loved ones, it provides peace of mind knowing critical information is available when it matters most.

MedicAlert Bracelets caters for all medical conditions and all style needs. We don't have IDs specifically for any one condition but what we do offer is: 1. The 'Forget-Me-Not' bracelet which requires a second person to remove it so it is very useful for conditions such as dementia and autism to ensure the member wears the ID when they leave home. 2. For members who are sensitive to cold or metal, we offer silicone and fabric IDs that prevent the metal disk from touching your skin. If the member has a silicone allergy, we have fabric and beaded IDs.
Different products are better suited to different activities. For example, most Stainless Steel can be worn in water. Please refer to the product descriptions in the shop for specific information or call our team if you have any questions.
Wash metal and silicone straps regularly in warm, soapy water. Spot clean fabric or leather straps and beads, using a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cloths and avoid contacts with cleaning products. Perspiration, aftershave and creams can increase tarnishing. Avoid contact where possible. Please note; when your jewellery is new and highly polished, a cleaning cloth may dull its appearance. Enamel can be affected by wear and tear. Avoid denting or scratching the enamel. To avoid scratching, do not wear silver or gold jewellery alongside other items. Do not bathe or swim in silver or gold jewellery.
