MedicAlert provides trusted Alzheimer’s bracelets designed to support people living with Alzheimer’s disease and the loved ones who care for them. When memory loss, confusion or disorientation occurs, it’s vital that emergency responders and members of the public can quickly understand the situation and access the right information.
An Alzheimer’s medical alert bracelet helps ensure that if someone becomes lost, confused, or unable to communicate, their condition is immediately recognised. Each MedicAlert ID clearly signals Alzheimer’s or dementia-related needs and connects responders to vital details that can support safe, compassionate care.
Every MedicAlert Alzheimer’s bracelet is linked to a secure digital medical record, reviewed by our in-house registered nurses and accessible 24/7 through our emergency helpline. This allows emergency services to access key information such as diagnosis details, medications, emergency contacts, GP information and guidance on how best to support the individual, helping them act quickly and confidently.
MedicAlert offers a wide range of Alzheimer’s bracelets and necklaces, including discreet everyday designs, durable wristbands and easy-to-wear options suitable for older adults. Comfortable, lightweight and professionally recognised, each ID is designed to be worn daily, providing reassurance both at home and out in the community.
For families and carers, an Alzheimer’s bracelet offers peace of mind, knowing that if their loved one needs help, their condition and care needs will be clearly understood. For individuals living with Alzheimer’s, it offers dignity, safety and an added layer of protection wherever life takes them.

Do not use abrasive cloths and avoid contacts with cleaning products. Perspiration, aftershave and creams can increase tarnishing. Avoid contact where possible. Please note; when your jewellery is new and highly polished, a cleaning cloth may dull its appearance. Enamel can be affected by wear and tear. Avoid denting or scratching the enamel. To avoid scratching, do not wear silver or gold jewellery alongside other items. Do not bathe or swim in silver or gold jewellery.
Different products are better suited to different activities. For example, most Stainless Steel can be worn in water. Please refer to the product descriptions in the shop for specific information or call our team if you have any questions.
MedicAlert Bracelets caters for all medical conditions and all style needs. We don't have IDs specifically for any one condition but what we do offer is: 1. The 'Forget-Me-Not' bracelet which requires a second person to remove it so it is very useful for conditions such as dementia and autism to ensure the member wears the ID when they leave home. 2. For members who are sensitive to cold or metal, we offer silicone and fabric IDs that prevent the metal disk from touching your skin. If the member has a silicone allergy, we have fabric and beaded IDs.
