MedicAlert’s Do Not Resuscitate (DNR) bracelets are trusted by healthcare professionals across the UK to ensure your medical wishes are clear and respected in any emergency. Designed with dignity and precision, each bracelet communicates your DNR preference while keeping your full medical record securely accessible when it matters most.
Every MedicAlert ID is backed by a 24/7 emergency helpline and linked to your secure digital medical record, reviewed by our in-house registered nurses. In an emergency, first responders can quickly confirm your DNR status alongside any allergies, medications, or medical conditions - helping them act in line with your care choices.
Our NHS-recommended DNR medical bracelets are available in durable stainless steel, leather, and silicone styles, offering both peace of mind and everyday comfort. MedicAlert ensures your information remains current, accurate, and available worldwide.
Choose the trusted protection recommended by NHS professionals - a MedicAlert DNR Bracelet gives you confidence that your voice will always be heard.
MedicAlert’s DNR medical bracelets are not legally binding documents. They serve as an alert to medical professionals that a Do Not Attempt Resuscitation (DNAR) order exists, but emergency teams must still see the original signed DNAR form before making any decisions about care. MedicAlert can securely store your DNAR document or record where it is kept if you prefer not to share it directly. To help keep important paperwork safe and accessible, MedicAlert also offers a secure document holder for storing your DNAR form and other essential medical documents, ensuring your wishes are respected quickly and confidently when it matters most.

Do not use abrasive cloths and avoid contacts with cleaning products. Perspiration, aftershave and creams can increase tarnishing. Avoid contact where possible. Please note; when your jewellery is new and highly polished, a cleaning cloth may dull its appearance. Enamel can be affected by wear and tear. Avoid denting or scratching the enamel. To avoid scratching, do not wear silver or gold jewellery alongside other items. Do not bathe or swim in silver or gold jewellery.
