The MedicAlert Medical Card is a convenient, credit-card-sized medical ID that carries your essential health information wherever you go. Linked directly to your secure MedicAlert record, it provides clear, accessible medical details in a compact format - offering reassurance when it matters most.
The front of the card displays your name, MedicAlert GB membership number, contact details, GP and hospital information, while the reverse outlines key medical details from your record, including conditions, implants, medical history, anaphylaxis, allergies, medications, and other important notes. If your full nurse-checked record does not fit, the card directs professionals to our 24/7 emergency helpline for immediate access to your complete medical information.
Designed to complement MedicAlert medical ID bracelets and necklaces, the Wallet Card provides an additional layer of protection - particularly if responders check your personal belongings for identification. Durable and easy to carry in a purse, wallet, car, or travel bag, it is also compatible with MedicAlert Document Holders. The first Wallet Card is free for all new members, with additional cards available for purchase.

Do not use abrasive cloths and avoid contacts with cleaning products. Perspiration, aftershave and creams can increase tarnishing. Avoid contact where possible. Please note; when your jewellery is new and highly polished, a cleaning cloth may dull its appearance. Enamel can be affected by wear and tear. Avoid denting or scratching the enamel. To avoid scratching, do not wear silver or gold jewellery alongside other items. Do not bathe or swim in silver or gold jewellery.
