Your first 3 years membership is fully sponsored by MedicAlert. MedicAlert is also providing £25 credit towards your choice of medical ID, which means a number of IDs will be available completely for free. If you choose an ID worth more than £25, you will need to cover the difference yourself. The only required cost is postage, which is available from just £2.95.
You will be contacted by MedicAlert to let you know that your membership is due for renewal. At this point, you can choose to continue your membership by paying online by card - this will cost £32 per year - or by setting up a Direct Debit, which reduces the annual cost to just £29.50.
Each year of MedicAlert membership costs £32. On top of fully sponsoring 3 years of membership, MedicAlert is also providing £25 of jewellery credit towards your choice of medical ID. This means that the package is worth £121. However, we know that for many of our members, the peace of mind provided is worth much more than this!
Fill in the enrolment form on this webpage, including uploading a picture of your staff ID, clearly showing your name and the North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare NHS Trust logo. This sponsored project is only available to direct staff within North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare NHS Trust. We would however encourage you to discuss MedicAlert with any friends or family living with a medical condition who could benefit from our life-saving service.
Your data is held by MedicAlert solely for use in emergencies. If the worst should happen, your full record is available by phone to those caring for you, from anywhere in the world in over 100 languages and dialects, via our 24/7 emergency line. Your data will not be shared under any other circumstance. We will not be sharing any personal data with North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare NHS Trust.
