MedicAlert provides trusted pacemaker bracelets designed to ensure your cardiac device is clearly recognised and understood in an emergency. If you live with a pacemaker, it’s vital that emergency responders know about your device straight away so they can make safe, informed decisions - especially when certain medical procedures or diagnostic tools may need adjusting or avoiding altogether.
Wearing a MedicAlert pacemaker bracelet means your essential information is always available, even if you cannot communicate. Each ID is linked to your secure digital medical record, carefully reviewed by our in-house registered nurses and accessible 24/7 to emergency professionals via our dedicated helpline. This allows first responders to instantly understand your device type, implant date, cardiology details, medications and any relevant cautions, helping them act quickly and confidently when every second matters.
Our pacemaker bracelets are available in a wide range of comfortable and durable styles, including stainless-steel chains, silicone sports bands, elegant everyday designs and discreet options suitable for work, travel and exercise. All MedicAlert IDs are professionally recognised by clinicians and emergency teams, giving you reliable protection wherever life takes you.
A pacemaker bracelet from MedicAlert offers reassurance for you and peace of mind for your loved ones - ensuring your heart device is always known, always understood and always accessible in an emergency.

Do not use abrasive cloths and avoid contacts with cleaning products. Perspiration, aftershave and creams can increase tarnishing. Avoid contact where possible. Please note; when your jewellery is new and highly polished, a cleaning cloth may dull its appearance. Enamel can be affected by wear and tear. Avoid denting or scratching the enamel. To avoid scratching, do not wear silver or gold jewellery alongside other items. Do not bathe or swim in silver or gold jewellery.
Different products are better suited to different activities. For example, most Stainless Steel can be worn in water. Please refer to the product descriptions in the shop for specific information or call our team if you have any questions.
MedicAlert Bracelets caters for all medical conditions and all style needs. We don't have IDs specifically for any one condition but what we do offer is: 1. The 'Forget-Me-Not' bracelet which requires a second person to remove it so it is very useful for conditions such as dementia and autism to ensure the member wears the ID when they leave home. 2. For members who are sensitive to cold or metal, we offer silicone and fabric IDs that prevent the metal disk from touching your skin. If the member has a silicone allergy, we have fabric and beaded IDs.
