Our Early Start Programme, supported by Lions Clubs International, offers free MedicAlert membership and medical IDs to vulnerable children with medical conditions or allergies, protecting them until their 10th birthday.
The Lions Early Start Programme offers free annual membership for your child until their 10th birthday.
This membership includes a secure online record to store their medical information, such as conditions, allergies, medications, history, emergency contacts, scanned documents, and emergency directives.
Your child will also receive their first MedicAlert ID for free.
Choose from a selection of children's ID options. The ID will be engraved with their vital information, unique membership number, and our 24/7 emergency helpline, allowing first responders to access their full medical record if needed.
To sign your child up to this scheme, simply fill in our form below.
Any child living in the United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland under the age of 10 is eligible for this programme. Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Places for the scheme are limited and may not always be available due to funding. You may be placed on a waiting list if no spaces are available at the time of your application.
