MedicAlert provides trusted coeliac disease medical alert bracelets designed to protect you in an emergency, especially when exposure to gluten can cause a severe reaction. Whether you’re dining out, travelling abroad, navigating new environments or managing cross-contamination risks, a MedicAlert bracelet ensures your condition is clearly understood when you can’t explain it yourself.
Wearing a MedicAlert ID means that emergency responders will immediately know that you have coeliac disease, understand the seriousness of gluten exposure, and be aware of any complications or related conditions you may have. This helps ensure you receive the right care quickly, without interventions or medications that could worsen your symptoms.
Each MedicAlert bracelet is securely connected to your detailed digital medical record, reviewed by our in-house registered nurses and accessible to healthcare professionals 24/7 via our emergency helpline. This allows emergency teams to see your full medical profile - including your diagnosis, coeliac-related complications, nutritional deficiencies, medications and any additional dietary needs.
Our coeliac disease medical alert bracelets come in a wide variety of styles, such as stainless-steel bracelets, elegant chains, silicone sports bands and discreet everyday options. Designed for comfort and durability, they support you through work, exercise, travel, social events and daily life - keeping your vital information always within reach.
A MedicAlert ID provides peace of mind for you and reassurance for your loved ones. With your coeliac disease clearly documented and accessible in any emergency, you can live more confidently, knowing your safety is always protected.

Do not use abrasive cloths and avoid contacts with cleaning products. Perspiration, aftershave and creams can increase tarnishing. Avoid contact where possible. Please note; when your jewellery is new and highly polished, a cleaning cloth may dull its appearance. Enamel can be affected by wear and tear. Avoid denting or scratching the enamel. To avoid scratching, do not wear silver or gold jewellery alongside other items. Do not bathe or swim in silver or gold jewellery.
Different products are better suited to different activities. For example, most Stainless Steel can be worn in water. Please refer to the product descriptions in the shop for specific information or call our team if you have any questions.
MedicAlert Bracelets caters for all medical conditions and all style needs. We don't have IDs specifically for any one condition but what we do offer is: 1. The 'Forget-Me-Not' bracelet which requires a second person to remove it so it is very useful for conditions such as dementia and autism to ensure the member wears the ID when they leave home. 2. For members who are sensitive to cold or metal, we offer silicone and fabric IDs that prevent the metal disk from touching your skin. If the member has a silicone allergy, we have fabric and beaded IDs.
