MedicAlert provides trusted Parkinson’s disease medical alert bracelets and necklaces designed to ensure your condition is clearly recognised and understood in an emergency. Parkinson’s disease can affect movement, speech, balance and cognition, which may make it difficult to communicate your needs during a medical incident.
A Parkinson’s medical alert bracelet helps emergency responders quickly understand that symptoms such as tremors, stiffness, slow movement or confusion may be related to Parkinson’s rather than another condition. This clarity can help prevent misinterpretation, delays in care, or inappropriate treatment when rapid decisions are required.
Each MedicAlert ID is securely linked to your digital medical record, reviewed by our in-house registered nurses and accessible 24/7 via our emergency helpline. This allows healthcare professionals to instantly access essential information, including your Parkinson’s diagnosis, medication schedule, treatment history, implanted devices and any medication sensitivities, supporting safer and more informed care.
MedicAlert offers a wide range of Parkinson’s disease medical alert bracelets and necklaces, including stainless-steel chains, silicone sports bands, discreet everyday styles and durable options suitable for daily wear, travel and activity. All IDs are professionally recognised and designed to be comfortable, practical and easy to wear at all times.
For people living with Parkinson’s disease, a MedicAlert bracelet provides reassurance that your condition and treatment needs will always be known in an emergency. For families and carers, it offers peace of mind that vital information is immediately accessible when it matters most.

Do not use abrasive cloths and avoid contacts with cleaning products. Perspiration, aftershave and creams can increase tarnishing. Avoid contact where possible. Please note; when your jewellery is new and highly polished, a cleaning cloth may dull its appearance. Enamel can be affected by wear and tear. Avoid denting or scratching the enamel. To avoid scratching, do not wear silver or gold jewellery alongside other items. Do not bathe or swim in silver or gold jewellery.
Different products are better suited to different activities. For example, most Stainless Steel can be worn in water. Please refer to the product descriptions in the shop for specific information or call our team if you have any questions.
MedicAlert Bracelets caters for all medical conditions and all style needs. We don't have IDs specifically for any one condition but what we do offer is: 1. The 'Forget-Me-Not' bracelet which requires a second person to remove it so it is very useful for conditions such as dementia and autism to ensure the member wears the ID when they leave home. 2. For members who are sensitive to cold or metal, we offer silicone and fabric IDs that prevent the metal disk from touching your skin. If the member has a silicone allergy, we have fabric and beaded IDs.
