We have a variety of disc shapes and sizes that hold different amounts of engraving. You will be able to see how much information will fit on your chosen piece of jewellery during its creation in our shop; when you customise your medical ID, you see an interactive illustration of your engraving.

As a benefit to your membership, we offer a 'Disc Exchange' service for Silver and Gold jewellery.
